Chocolate Week 2012 8th-14th October




Chocolate Week 2012 is taking place from the 8th-14th October in London; and will be celebrating the sensential taste of chocolate created by top chocolatiers and chocolate companies.

The country’s top chocolatiers, chocolate companies and chocolate shops will all be holding talks, tastings and demonstrations, creating chocolate themed meals, exclusive desserts and delicious cocktails. The week culminates with Chocolate Unwrapped, an indulgent chocolate show in the heart of London with exhibitors from around the world.
Divine Chocolate is once again a major sponsor of this national celebration of chocolate, which takes place from Monday 8th to Sunday 14th October. In addition to lots of chocolatey happenings at cafés, shops and tearooms around the country, Devine has come up with four new fabulous chocolate recipes.(see above)

Mary Berry has created a recipe for Devine for Chocolate Week, Mary is a fan of Divine and says “Divine Chocolate is a chocolate for all chocolate enthusiasts. Cooking, melting or just enjoying, Divine Chocolate is just that”. MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace has given thie recipe for his chocolate puddle pudding, which oozes molten chocolate. Gregg is a long-time fan of Divine and says “Divine is my one indulgence”. Linda Collister who wrote the cookbooks accompanying the BBC’s Great British Bake Off, has designed the gorgeously moist chocolate brownies which are studded with real raspberries, nuts and white chocolate chunks.
