The countdown has begun Macaron day is fast approaching! Held every year on the 20th March London's macaron day is inspired by and coincides with the Jour du Macaron in Paris, created by la Maison Pierre Hermé, his Macarons have taken the world by storm in the recent years, and if you have tried one you can understand why. These babies are not only beautiful to look at, but are also delicious to eat. How could one resist?

On Wednesday 20th March, Pierre Hermé will be celebrating Macaron Day, a day of gourmandise and generosity! Pierre Hermé and members of the Relais Desserts invite you to join around France's most famous colourful treat, the Macaron! More than the simple pleasure of taste, this day is oriented towards solidary action. This year, we will be supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, the only UK-wide charity focusing solely on this disease.

For this unique annual event, Pierre Hermé Paris boutiques will offer a selection of 25 different emblematic flavours of macarons. An opportunity to discover or rediscover the unique universe of tastes, sensations and pleasures created by the man that Vogue dubbed the "Picasso of Pastry"!
