Ian Fleming’s Classic Vesper consists of Crown Jewel gin, Potocki vodka, Angostura bitters, and Lillet.

Dukes Martini Masterclass:
A skilled barman will teach you how to make the legendary DUKES martini and other classics whilst recounting the stories behind each cocktail. Picking up a few trade secrets you will then have a chance to mix your own martini under his expert supervision. After perfecting your cocktail making skills you can relax with your recently made martini and some delicious canapés in the cool and sophisticated DUKES Bar.

The masterclasses are held Monday-Friday from 3pm-5pm
