Afternoon tea
For an afternoon tea with a panoramic view of the stunning Marina Bay, head to The Landing Point at the Fullerton Bay Hotel. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors.The sandwiches and sweet treats are presented on a oval three-tier stand. The Savoury set includes: the Boston lobster coronet, white truffle egg mayo on baguette, duck confit crepe roulade.
Instead of being placed on the tier, the scones – served with clotted cream and berry jam – are served separately.
The hotel’s signature desserts make up the parade of sweet treats on the tier. There’s the Fullerton kueh lapis, lemon tart and the sinfully good salted chocolate caramel tart
The selection may seem small but waiting staff will come around and replenish items you have polished off.With More than 20 varieties of TWG teas are available, including an exclusive blend called Fullerton Express specially concocted by TWG for the hotel.
Comprising yin zhen (silver needle) and highly aromatic wildflowers, the highly prized white tea boasts a delicate, refreshing fragrance with hints of floral notes. For the yin zhen, only the leaf shoots (the leaf buds before opening) are plucked and hand-harvested on two days of the year in early spring.
